“NFT” refers to non-fungible tokens, unique digital assets representing ownership or access to digital content.

3. Ownership and Licensing

Ownership of NFTs: When you purchase an NFT, you acquire ownership rights to the associated digital content. However, you do not acquire copyright or intellectual property rights to the underlying artwork, which remain with the owner of the project.

However, it’s essential to understand that ownership of the NFT does not automatically confer copyright or intellectual property rights for the underlying artwork to you, as these rights continue to belong to the artist, Günther.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use, display, and enjoy the digital content for personal purposes. This license does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content without explicit permission from the artist

Future NFT Properties:

We are committed to providing a unique and dynamic experience to our NFT owners. In the future, certain NFT properties may offer additional features, such as adjustability or customization options, that allow the owner to modify aspects of the digital content associated with their NFT. These features are designed to enhance your ownership experience.
With regards to these future NFT properties, we acknowledge and emphasize that the owner of the NFT will have full control and ownership of any adjustments or customizations they make to the digital content within the limits set by the artist. However, the original unaltered content, as created by Günther, will always (for now) remain the intellectual property of the artist, and the artist may choose to reproduce, display, or distribute the original work at their discretion.

License to Future Adjusted Content:

When you make adjustments or customizations to the digital content associated with your NFT, you retain a personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license for the adjusted content, which allows you to use and display it for personal purposes. You may not (for now), under any circumstances, transfer or sublicense this adjusted content to others for commercial purposes, or use it in any way that infringes upon the rights of the original artist or any third parties.
